Finding the Beauty
This photo was taken today at the end of the afternoon. The sky was covered with dark thick clouds, and I thought this would be a zero-photography day, specially considering the fact that it would probably start raining soon.
Still I ventured outside, to search for new places to photograph, to be out there, near nature.
I found some preety cool places I must check in the future and, in the end of the afternoon, it was stronger than me, and I had to take some photographs. Seizing an opportunity when there was no rain, and using some green pebbles I found to add some interest to an otherwise boring scene, I took this shot.
After reviewing it at home, it's always amazing what long exposures are able to do. Every tiny bit of light is amplified and enriched, and landscapes become alive. What I thought to be a bunch of useless images, in fact weren't.
You must be wondering now, "what the hell, did José Ramos forgot the location of the saturation slider?". Well, no... this is quite simply the representantion of the hidden beauty of this afternoon's supposedly dull weather.
Lesson learned... and I still trying to find the hidden beauty in nature...
