Photo taken in Costa Nova, a wonderful village near Aveiro, known for very typical colour-stripes painted houses. I wandered through the village and then went to the beach, where there was a captivating peer, covered with ominous clouds. The sun was almost covered by those clouds, but still there was this low layer of warm light on the horizon. I approached those fishermen gently, and when they became accostumed to my presence, I started shooting.
I used my Pentax K10d, Sigma 10-20, and 2 ND Grad filters (5 stop total), to achieve the dark look.

The day we stop learning new things about art is the day we stop making art.
