Sitting on a rock, watching the clouds set sail in the far away sky the image of a present fades away each second of a heart beat. Four seconds to fill in. Four seconds to send the blood out. Four seconds to rest. The cycle of life resumed to a heart beat. To sit there and to think about it, it’s already a miracle. To watch the reflection in the water and feel the cold breeze of a young Autumn pass on our skin, giving us shivers.

To feel the very simplicity of nature in such raw form it takes more that eyes, ears, skin, tongue or nose. It takes the miracle of life. If the planet itself could be off rout for just a millimetre… we wouldn’t exist. Not in this form, at least. If in any form at all. So, basically, even for a no believer in miracles… we are a miracle itself. More then flesh, bone and skin, more that organic compounds, inorganic needs, more that the self destructive nature we have inside us… we are something more.

We have a sky of our own. A lagoon to see our own reflection, inside of ourselves. We have the tall trees of our inner world where we lean on when we are tired of our spiritual journeys. Water, fire, air, earth, spirit. The compounds of a miracle that dissolves himself in alchemic symbols, intricate theories, tall buildings, cold metals. We run every day out of grains of time. In each heart beat that goes by. We feel the time racing against us. And we want to find out so bad what is behind that line of trees, behind those clouds, behind that horizon. We want to find what is beyond our own world. Sitting on that rock, we find ourselves humble by the image that our five senses bring inside.

We merge our world with the world of our dreams. The dream becomes reality and reality a dream. And sitting there… we watch the present fades… and the day goes by.

Sépias dourados... um pouco "escuro" demais para o meu gosto pessoal mas já sei que dirias que é do meu monitor. Deixa ser. Como te disse, acho-a parecida com a outra mas aquela pedra ali dá uma graça muito unica e traz a diferença entre os dois trabalhos. Mesmo assim, acho-os demasiado proximos. Mas sépia será sempre sépia e o fulgor escondido do meu coração.
