Leaving one of my favorite locations during twilight, after a dense bath of dark clouds and ominous sun (as well as some photos taken), all I could hear was my breath, my steps, and the wind... This was one of those moments where I could feel my awareness and conscience expand into a serene state of mind, soothing the harsh moments of a tough day and calming the turbulence of useless thoughts.
I felt pleasantly isolated, but at the same time connected. I was now standing right where this photo was taken, and suddenly that piece of isolated land I had never payed attention to, started making sense. Noticing the moon sneaking the night's beginning at the top, I had to grab my camera for a last time, and capture this moment. And so here I share it with you... Post processing with orange filter applied to the sky, colour balance adjustment of the land portion and overall contrast enhancement. |
