THE CONTEST HAS OFFICIALLY ENDED!

After two months, this contest has far exceeded all my expectations, with 238 entries! I thank everyone who supported this idea, and to everyone who participated!

Now you just please take a moment to contemplate all those thumbs, click on those you like the most to check them more carefully, and feel the beauty of the places depicted on those precious images.

It's amazing isn't it? Such beauty... and it's simply OUR planet... the place we live in, the ground we step every day, the air we breathe every second... Life is made here, so life must be respected here.

Pay hommage!

And now, all of the submitted participations. I'm sorry if I forgot to include yours. I've received almost 280 notes related with this contest, as well as more than 300 replies in the first journal, as well and several more in the following journals. If you have participated but your thumb is missing please send me a note as soon as possible, so that I can correct it.

I'll note all the judges in 24-48 hours, so that they can choose their favourite deviations. The winner announcement date will depend on the quickness of their replies.
